SIX TRAINING STREAMS

Each stream focuses on one essential skill. Together, they create complete production teams.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Duration: 3weeks

Cost: Free

Time: 12 -15 hours/week

Students: 300 total across all streams(50 per stream)

Location: Online

WHO CAN APPLY

Must already be a creator or filmmaker (minimum 1 year experience)

Passionate about African storytelling and vertical drama

Speak English fluently

Have reliable internet and basic equipment

Can commit 12-15 hours/week for 3 weeks

Priority given to African creators and diaspora, but open to all committed to building Africa’s microdrama ecosystem

Stream 1

Scriptwriting

Write 60-90 second episodes that keep viewers hooked.

Stream 2

Directing

Direct vertical video for mobile viewing.

Stream 3

Production

Manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

Stream 4

Editing

Edit vertical content and convert existing films.

Stream 5

AI Filmmaking

Create content using artificial intelligence tools.

Stream 6

Acting

Master the vertical frame through heightened emotional delivery and micro-expressions
